This page simply demonstrates how to supplant Thawte's default behavior for their certificate seal, which calls document.write()'s. The Thawte server is frequently slow, so waiting for their scripts to run for a graphic that is in the first half of the page can be a pain--and delay the page load.

This is accomplished by overriding document.write() with code that inserts their content into a specific <div> set up for this purpose.
